Gave me wrong information over the phone. Said they could change a pinion bearing then after diagnosed would only offer to change the whole rear differential. Then they quoted me for cam phaser timing chain after west end automotive and Snowden pointed out it was my turbo.

I am NOT a mechanic, I am a senior citizen. I called and spoke with Spencer, I told him what was going on with my car and I said I do not know why it would not start, I told him I only had $800. to get my car, so please fix it for me, he said understood. I said good, I really need my car because I have no one and although I do not drive much, I still need my car, I had to keep calling him, he kept saying we are still looking, but the cost kept going up, until finally, I said, you are still telling me you cannot find the problem, if you cannot fix me=y car tell me and I will try to find someone that will, he told me I am not going to charge you more than $535. and you can come get it, it is your engine, if he knew that then why did he keep replacing parts. I paid the $530. but afterwards I was able to read what he said I asked, he said I asked to see if anything was disconnected, that is a bald faced lie, however, if that is what I asked him, why did it take him 2 days, and why did it cost $530.? I will tell you why, it is because he was ripping me off, I will be filing a lawsuit against Quiet Zone! I STRONGLY ADVISE DO NOT TAKJE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE, THE WILL RIP YOU OFF HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS, AND WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM, THEY WILL HANGUPO IN YOUR FACE! THIS IS WHAT SPENCER DID TO ME! SENIOR CITIZENS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL LIE, AND PRETEND, JUST TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE, BUT MOSTLY SENIOR CITIZENS AND THOSE OF US THAT DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS! THEY WILL TO LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE THEY WILL FIX YOUR CAR WHEN ALL THEY ARE DOING IS STEALKING YOUR MONEY! THE WORST TYPE OF SCAMMERS ARE THE ONES THAT HIDE BEHIND A COMPANY'S NAME! Then they tell you, if you are not satisfied with the service let them know and they will make it right. LIE! THEY WILL N OT EVEN RESPOND! TTHEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!

Repair was expensive, but I have cold, cold air.

Doing business the right way! Turns out my key fob just needed a new battery! My wife’s Lexus needed work I thought only Lexus could do in Houston! I took my suv there to flush my ac line and recharge the ac. They told me my ac line filter was clog. And if they fix it it would cost me about 650 dollars. The ac filter cost Only 5 dollars at the part store. They got mad cause I did the work myself putting it on my suv. Why when I was telling them about the what said they got mad and wanted to call the police on me. They was mad because I wouldn't let them charge me more money to do it. Something is wrong with them people over there. One old man that was there he said they changed him about a 1000 dollars. I will never go there again. It didn't make no sense for them to threatenme to call the police when them was wrong. I took my suz to Star Brake and them said I didn't have no problem to my ac. You want good work done to you ac, go to Star Brake. They treat you fair there.....

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Car over heated and got it towed to Quiet Zone. They sent me a video of the “leak” from the radiator. Waited for them to get done called at closing time on a Friday to tell me that I need a thermostat replaced. First I got told the car will be drivable and but it will just say check coolant temp which will signal my A/C to not work, so they send the payment link and I pay and he calls back and say that the car still might overheat due to thermostat but they couldn’t get to it until Monday. I decided to pickup my car so I said okay and then got messaged the WRONG pickup box code after getting back and forth to pickup the car, someone responded on messenger admitting to the wrong code given. I was able to get my keys. I got my car to a closer location (around the corner) to get it checked out by another mechanic. The mechanic instantly noticed no coolant at all in the reservoir. He also noticed where the “leak” was coming from. Do not recommend at all!!!! Out of $1100 because I did business with them. If I brought my car in for overheating why isn’t there coolant in my reservoir? Why wait til the day of pick up to tell me to replace my thermostat? Why was there no mention of a gasket leak? Any basic shop would instantly notice all of that. Horrible!!! Update: I spoke with Spencer he says I wanted to get my car so quickly but if I left it over the weekend he would’ve fixed the gasket. Thats a lie because he would’ve mentioned a housing gasket leak on FRIDAY!! He mentioned my radiator had a leak but not my housing gasket. Every shop knows if I brought it in for overheating a thermostat, coolant, and radiator is some of the few things you check!!! Then he tried to offer me an oil change after like that’s resolving. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Response to the reply: YES I requested pickup at 4:45 because who is waiting a whole weekend to change a simple thermostat!!!! Like I said, the leak was NOT from the radiator it was from THERMOSTAT HOUSING GASKET!!! Y’all misdiagnosed and when you called to let me know y’all “changed” the radiator, you did not let me know there would be no coolant in my reservoir!!!! That could have did more damage!!! Only thing i was told was thermostat was stuck, not a leak coming from gaskets, YALL test drove it after servicing it and did not notice no coolant!!! I will be filing against this. I will be taking this further if get this doesn’t get made right.!! I have timing proof, photos, and videos also to back up my claim. I’m not accepting an $80 oil change. Ya’ll towing fee $75 but rather do that for than to get the car and do whats right!!!

Thank you for your review. I wanted to share some details from your visit. We replaced your leaking radiator, but during the test drive around 3:30pm, we found the temperature was still rising. After retesting, the technician found the thermostat was stuck closed, which couldn’t be tested while the radiator was leaking. We understand you declined that repair and requested pick-up at 4:45pm. I apologize for giving you the wrong code. Thank you for your patience reaching out after 5pm to get the correct one from Spencer. I also texted you this morning with my apology for that error. We appreciate you and are here if you need anything in the future.

I have been going to Quiet Zone for car and truck repairs since I moved to Beaumont (about 22 years.) iU took my vehicles, then my wife’s vehicles as well as my son’s and daughter’s. I have spent many thousand of dollars and would have done so again over the coming years. Until today! They will never get another penny out of me! I drop my truck off there and ride my e-bike back home, then I ride my e-bike to pick it up. As long as I have been going there they have found someone to take just a minute and help me load my bike in the back of the truck (it is a very heavy bike and I am 66.) Today they said I would have to wait for someone to come back from lunch to help me load it, when the shop had manics there right then. One of them could have taken two minutes to help me. I had to do it myself and now my back is in hurting bad! And that is after the told me they could not find the trouble with my truck, but wanted to change my spark plugs for $900! And they couldn’t even tell me if it would fix the problem. Johnson’s Shell will change the spark plugs for $400. If it even needs that. I bet Johnson’s will find the root problem! It was so bad of an experience that I will never go back. And the new lady working the front does not really care about anyone, she must think that people have no choice about where they take their car. She should not be dealing with customers.

I’m very sorry to hear that you left feeling disappointed. On the day of your visit, our technician was unable to duplicate your original concern that the truck was stumbling and would barely run. He checked the codes and only found “random/multiple misfires,” but could not get the truck to stumble during the test drive, nor did the codes return. Based on your vehicle’s maintenance history, he recommended spark plugs and a decarb service since it has been over 50,000 miles since these services were last done. Our manager that was here at the time reviewed the situation and explained the same information to you. At first, you approved the work, but later decided to pick up your truck instead. Unfortunately, at the time you requested assistance with loading your electric bike, our techs were out on lunch and the only tech available had been dealing with an injury with his arm and did not feel comfortable doing so. We did offer you to wait 15 minutes for someone to come back from lunch to help you and we understand you were in a hurry and chose to load it yourself. We apologize for any difficulty this caused you. Once our manager was back from lunch, he did try to reach out to you from your concerns and unfortunately it always goes to voicemail. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and if you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out.

They did excellent job on starter work however create a little issues with injectors I would recommend you ask for a mechanic if you have issues once leave shop because when I called back and told lady what was happening she said our work would not cause that but it did because your have to remove injectors and other stuff to get to starter solenoid but all good Toyota fixed

Amazing Service and Fast Turnaround! I can't say enough good things about this mechanic shop! I dropped my car off at 7:30 am without a reservation, and by 8:40 am, they had already diagnosed the issue — my water pump needed to be replaced. Not only were they incredibly fast, but the team was also very kind and professional throughout the entire process. One thing I especially appreciated was their use of texting for updates. It's so much more convenient for me than waiting for a phone call, and it made the whole experience even smoother. If you're looking for a mechanic who provides excellent, fast service and communicates efficiently, I highly recommend this shop!

Honestly probably the worst experience I ever had. I brought my ford expedition in to get the ac fixed. Spend 765$ for the ac to be worse than when I brought it in. Spending 211$ in freon just for then to tell me I’ll have to pay for it again because of there mess up “but they’ll pay for the diagnostic”. They tell me I have a oil leak and I spend 90.65$ for dyed in my oil not only to find they didn’t put dye in it (found out that because I brought it to the ford dealership) they told me complete the wrong part was leaking. But they could fix it for cheaper than ford. Already mad they couldn’t fix my car that I asked them to check 30 mins before I showed up (they did not do) because on my way to bring it to ford from Beaumont to orange my ac blew boiling hot air. Moral of the review don’t get your act done here and it’s likely what ever you go for they “find” something wrong and say they can fix it even if it’s a wrong diagnosis and is completely fine with no oil leak. (Also confirmed by my ford mechanic in orange at the dealership) there wasn’t an oil leak. Wouldn’t recommend them as far as I could throw them. I lost 765$ and nothing so fixed if I could give less than 1 star I would

These guys saved me from purchasing a tacoma from Doggett Toyota that had a bunch of major issues. The dealership claimed it was gold certified pre owned and had no issues when in reality the truck was a mess. The staff were very friendly and completed the pre-purchase inspection quickly.

They are not professional a don’t give a damn about customers cars . They got oil all over my brand new car rugs and doors horrible I’ve never went to mechanic shop like that must shops puts a pad or paper down to keep it clean but not them. I asked for my old part back and they wouldn’t give it back. I had to call my husband to get it back she said l could pick it up next week so I will see.my truck is running good but they had the part yesterday before 3pm and I had to wait till the next day to get my truck I will not be going back after I get my part Thursday.

In 2022 I brought my 18 Kia Sportage To Quietzone! I had excellent service. Communication was wonderful! They explained step by step what was going on with it. Even sent pictures showing parts that had been changed. Now here we go 2024! And I tell you the experience was totally different. Communication was not there. Service was not there. 180$ for testing, first day of them having my car no communication I called up there at 4:30 to be told they tech left but will need to run another test on the transmission for more money I agreed. Second day still no communication called at 4:15 the lady told me my car was ready they cleaned the throttle body and wiggled some wires also the check engine light wasn’t on no more went and picked up my car the check engine light was still on. Called them and explained now my car is saying “shift to park” every time I turn the car off. A worker said it’s probably the “TCM” bring it back and we will look at it again. First day still no communication. Second day they called around 2 to say I could come pick it up that it was the “TCM” but they do not work on transmissions and I need to take it back to the dealership or a transmission shop. Go to pick my car up. Service light still on. A/C wouldn’t cut on and temperature reading -40 With manager screaming it’s a coincidenc there is nothing they can do. I told him I’m not leaving until something is done. I had my 10month old baby with me and it’s to hot not to have air that worked fine when I brought it in. So y’all take my car and drive it around for thirty minutes talking about computer had to reset. Thirty minutes. Then burned gas up and all. Couple days past, and car starts going haywire. Screen deck blurring like it’s going out,buttons all acting stuck, car reading three keys programmed, auto stop starting the car. This experience just has me done. I’ll never trust them again. I work hard, I’m a single mom. I don’t have it like that to play these mechanics games. Whatever mechanics was on in 2022. Y’all need them back. Cause what y’all have going on now is unacceptable. When I called yesterday to explain what it was all doing now I was told “you said you was taken it back to granger” never did I say I was taken no where that’s what the lady told me to do!! Then Spencer just called me to let me know that all they can offer to make it right is giving me a free testing after I get my car fixed by granger! What will I need the testing for after it’s fixed? He needs to take accountability for his techs and make it right & do better as a manager! I have pictures and videos how it wasn’t done right and how he was saying it was a coincidence that my car was registering -40 and the air wasn’t working playing the blame game before he even had a tech tell him to drive it around. Accountability would keep all this from happening!!!

Freddy, we tried to explain your issue, so here again is the checkout notes from our technician. We are happy to continue work, but we have determined there are additional wiring related issues. Repair connector C2 at the PCM Repaired the #7 plug wire to coil ( not installed properly) Repaired the wiring harness at the map sensor( power/ ground reverse) Reset fuel trim and reset idle. Test drove for several miles and a MAP performance code(P0106) appears in the PCM code library. Clean the MASS AIR FLOw sensor and inspect the intake duct assembly, clear code and test drive again, but still after several miles once again code P106. Would like to install a new sensor and drive again to see results. ———————————————————————————————————————————————————- Replace MAP sensor ( aftermarket sensor)and still again same results! More test will need to be ran to see what was done to the engine system that is causing a calibration issue with the MAP, intake manifold, MAF, temperature sensor and the time clock the PCM uses to determine code! DTCs(8) stored in PCM 09/19/24 09/19/24

As usual great job. I took it in on Thursday, not expecting it back till Monday. They called me Friday afternoon and told me what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. 3 hours later I'm driving it home. If I don't work on it myself, quiet zone is the only place I will take it.

My wife was stranded with what seemed to be a dead battery. Quiet Zone responded immediately met her, got the car running and found out it was only a loose cable to the starter. She was on her way in a matter of minutes and we are so appreciative of their response. Excellent experience with Quiet Zone last week. I had to have my vehicle towed to them. They checked it out same day, let me know problem (drive shaft) and cost & ordered the part that same day. Part came in the next day & it was fixed same day. They never wavered from the 1st price quoted & kept me informed each step of the way. They have worked on multiple cars for us over the years and the experience has been the same. Super service! Quiet Zone changed the oil in my truck last week. I didn't have an appt as I usually do, but they worked me in very quickly & they were very busy. I have always been treated respectfully & service is efficient & correctly done. Great job Quiet Zone

I love they send you pictures and a layout of everything and communicate with you and help you make it affordable. If you can't pay it as soon as they are done. They let you leave it there until you can pay them. And they never make you feel bad or get ugly about it either! I will use them in the future and can't wait to get my van. I've used them countless times over summer and now and they have helped me so much I trust them with my van again and again. 💕 I keep having to go back and back cuz their is always something going on with my van buy they are so kind and reasonable and respectful. Super fast service, other local auto shops take a few days at least. Had nearly my entire suspension replaced same day. They definitely have an advantage over other auto repair shops nearby. I keep coming back and have great experiences.

Two trusted friends referred me to Quiet Zone for engine troubleshooting and repair/replacement of the parts involved in overheating of my engine. The car was returned to me after the problem was addressed with the warning that I should drive the car and make sure that the overheating did not return. After that, it would be time to do recommended work on the brakes. That's exactly the way it happened and the balance of work will be accomplished now that I have brought the car in again. Came back a 2nd time! Truck drivability was horrible. Check engine light was on for an O2 sensor. The diagnosed it as a bad mass air flow sensor and an O2 sensor! Got me in and out in one day!

The manager Randy is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure.I’ve known him since 2012 before he managed this shop and I will never trust another mechanic or shop with caring for my vehicle or for my family. Forced by circumstance I’ve tried others and they failed me every single time. My son bought his first car and seeing the joy it brought my son getting his car up and running made my heart so happy. The peace knowing that I will not be overcharged,mislead and taken advantage of, you just can’t put a price on that. This is the ONLY place I have complete trust. Took the car back 4 weeks later because of AC cooling issues again, now they are telling us the AC has ia leaking hose they didn’t see it. the first time it was in the shop . Now they want another $745 to replace the hose . Same price for the first repair on the AC system. Will not ever go back. Think twice before using

This shop has earned life time customers from us. We have had an over heating issue with our vehicle and have taken it multiple times to another shop for over a year, spent countless thousands of dollars to fix the issue, and the issue has never been resolved… after bringing this vehicle to Quiet Zone for a second opinion, they immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue on the first attempt. After such a headache from another auto shop, we really had low expectations but Quiet Zone really restored our faith. We won’t be taking our vehicles anywhere else from now on. These guys are awesome; attentive, quick, accommodating, knowledgeable - they excel in every area!!

I had work done today and was treated rudely by two of the employees . When I questioned the invoice they were defensive and rude. Turned out they were wrong! And this wasn’t the first time it happened either. Did a good job on the car - but customer relations poor!

I am brand new to town with a broken AC system. Called one other shop who never returned my call. Then, I called Quiet Zone - they actually answered the phone and got my car in within 24 hours. They were thorough in their assessment, very communicative throughout the process, and no pressure to move forward with the service. Just an honest experience all around. They worked quickly and today I have working AC again. I will be returning as needed, and using them as my local auto repair shop. First of all, we took only 4 days after the insurance company provided the new engine for your car. Any delays before that were out of our control! Your complaint that we somehow damaged your radio while replacing the engine is bazaar at the least. If it was met with a less than warm response, we apologize. However, dishonesty is sometimes difficult to welcome.

Check engine light came on and received a couple of alarms. Alarms eventually cleared, but check engine light remained lit. Brought car in and they ran a diagnostic check and drove the car a couple of times, and no issues were found. They cleared check engine light and car is now running fine. Great customer service, kept me informed throughout the process.

This place is amazing. The inside is comfortable and filled with nothing but amazing people. They worked around me schedule and even when I was late for my appointment. Had multiple quotes for the same job and they not only talked me thru every bit or it the most but they were also the cheaper of quotes. This place will not take advantage of you. Service rep. Was exceptional. Willing to answer all questions and seemed to know what he was talking about. I was very displeased that I was not able to pay by check. I wanted my charges to come out of my bank account not a credit card. I like keeping good records on major expenditures which is much easier for me with cancelled checks. I do not like being punished because some other people write bad checks. It is not very hard to pursue people that pay with bad checks. If you want my business make it easy for me and punish the misbehavior of others not me!

I was referred to this location and it was awful. I did get my AC fixed and they upsold me on so much stuff. Didn’t fix the oil leak and then was told I needed a power steering pump. It was never mounted correctly and had to bring it to a different shop in Houston to get it fixed. It was such a nightmare since I need my car for work. Would not recommend this place. Spencer was very professional working with me and I did appreciate that. However, the mechanics would make me question ever bringing another vehicle here again.

Your response is from an 8 month old review and I want to speak to Mr. Kelly Broussard whom I was denied when requested. My primary reason for Quiet Zone Auto Care was for an oil change, check my brake system, and suspension system. As a result, my oil and oil filter was changes, the rear brake were changed, and a front end alignment was recommended. Also there was a fuel evaporator part that was recommended. I knew I was in need of at least two new tires. So I purchased the same day four new tires elsewhere because it did not make any sense for me to get a front end alignment with the condition of my tires. Moreover, I discovered elsewhere that the suspension check that I paid for was not as thorough as it should have been. A front end alignment with the new tires that Quiet Zone recommended was insufficient. Upon getting a second opinion with my suspension, I my inner, outer, and upper front tie rods need to be changed for optimum performance. I actually witness the wear underneath the front suspension with a certified National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence - ASE mechanic. So alone, a front end alignment would have not solved unnecessary wear on my tires. I would have rated this service with two and half (2 1/2) stars for half of the five stars for half of the service I needed to complete the job, but two stars will suffice. Quiet Zone usually do a thorough job. Kelly the owner, was the reason I kept coming back, but I may have to consider another viable place to take care of my needs. You have to do better.

I thought the place was nice. One of the employees went out of his way to take me on a very short notice. Even though I was super busy that day they got me in and out smoothly. I came in for an A/c leak and wanted to get a diagnosis on it so I could fix it later down the line. However what struck me as a bit unprofessional was once they had determined the leak they had went ahead and replaced it immediately without consulting me the costumer first. The people were exceptionally nice and even though they proceeded with the repairs despite my knowledge or approval it wasn't very costly in the end.

My husband and I were driving through Texas our way home to California after an extended trip to visit family and friends in the midwest. We stayed at a hotel in Beaumont only to find out in the morning that someone had tried to steal our catalytic converter. Luckily, they were not successful but they had cut through a portion of the converter and we were panicked that we would not be able to continue our journey. Luckily, we were referred to Quiet Zone Auto Care and three exceptional employees, Kelsey, Spencer and Drew took excellent care of us. Kelsey and Spencer took the time to reassure us that we would be taken care of and eased our anxiety and Drew took care of the welding of our catalytic converter. All three took excellent care of two anxious travelers. We were on our way in approximately 2 1/2 hours. Kudos to this business. If we ever have care trouble in Beaumont, Texas, we will definitely head to Quiet Zone Auto Care. Thank you so much to these exceptional employees. They are invaluable.

Horrible place. I went in to get my truck ac diagnosed and they told me that my compressor, evaporator core, accumulator, evaporator orifice valve, ac compressor kit needed to be replaced. Said all these were leaking. Very expensive job. All these parts where fairly new on my truck. I took it to another place and they diagnosed my ac as having one small leak form the hose assembly. They repaired it and it has been working great for awhile now.

We Have a 2012 traverse we bought from Chevy dealership in 2014. Wife drives it around town like grandma. Been serviced every 3000 miles. Had a few minor things done to it over the years, alternator, starter, replaced some parts in transmission, tires and breaks as needed. Other than that it has been a great car. Quite zone took the car in for an issue and the next day they called and refused to work on the car. They said it is in such bad shape they would not touch it. Took it to meineke and they installed a new doughnut gasket where the manifold connects to exhaust. meineke said car is in great shape..Runs great again. I would take this car anywhere in the country if I needed to. Been driving for 40 years and I am not a mechanic so I have had many cars and used many shops in the past. This is the first time I have ever had a shop to refuse to work on a vehicle. They have done some good work for me in the past though.

Anesha here with the little 2012 Juke. On or about June 24th I spoke with Randy about wanting to come in and get a tune up and fuel system clean bcuz I can smell fuel and when I told him my engine light had come on the day before he said right away that we need to do a diagnostic first to find out what the cause may be because it sounds like the car is running lean. So I brought her in Monday the 27th and as always Spencer greeted me and Randy was right on top of things too they ran the diagnostics and she ended up needing a new air filter and air flow control blown out and even aired my tires up . It took.a little longer this time but they were slammed and had to call in my air filter to be brought over. She is running better and seems to be better gas mileage but she is still cutting out a bit when we are at a red light or just idling. I may bring her back in this coming week . These guys are great . I intend on staying with quiet zone . I appreciate all of y'all up there.

Today was a rough one. I got on the highway with 5 lum bolts I end up getting off the highway to make a trip so I got off. Thank you Lord I did we pull into a gas station right by quiet zone. 4lumbs were gone. If I would have kept gone on the highway it would have been a major accident. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated very well and all questions were answered timely and to my satisfaction. They really proved to be a community auto service shop. I would not trust my vehicle to anyone else.

I only trust Quiet Zone Auto Care to take care of my 13 year old "baby". It needed a new starter and other maintenance issues... they would call to update me on progress and cost. Explaining what could be held off and what needed immediate attention. They are very patient and willing to work with you. Thank you again Quiet Zone Auto Care for your wonderful staff and service!

The entire staff was very welcoming and concerned about the repairs to my A/C system. I was in town for a friend who was in the hospital in Beaumont, TX. I live in Mississippi. They was able to have me up and running, or was it chilling 😉🥳, by midmorning the following day. Very reasonable prices; if you doubt their advice or craftsmanship, they will hear you through and still treat you with the utmost respect. A HUGE, THANK YOU for YOUR GREAT, HOSPITALITY
